Can I Return/Exchange a product that is not opened?

 Yes! You can Returns or Exchanges the item(s) within 2 days after you received Products. We understand in some circumstances may change your mind. We can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them as soon as we received item(s). Of course, we cannot refund the shipping fees.

To return the item(s), pack carefully and simply send to us.

Conditions:

• We will only return or exchange if your items received less than 2 days and the order value is less than 2.000.000 VND.

• If you are not sure about product, we suggest that you should order less than 2.000.000 VND. With this amount of money, you can try all of our products.

• With the order value is larger than 2.000.000 VND: we believe that you are well understanding of products before ordering. Thus, we cannot return or exchange them.
